The Issue
Managers came together to examine a number of technical issues. The chairman was heavily involved in the technical discussions and asked us to help design the process so that the issues would be thoroughly examined and creative solutions derived.
The Strategy
Over the two day conference we kept people on track and to time, brought different sections in as appropriate, pushed towards practical solutions and finally ensured that there were clear accountabilities for action.
