Through strong presence and attention to the detail of the session, help and support can be given to any group or individual to understand the points of view of others, hear and be heard and see a clear way to resolution. The process includes clear understanding of the purpose of the event or issue, the ideal outcomes for all parties and, most importantly, the organisation. In some instances it is appropriate to interview your team before the facilitation session in order to build up a picture of the real issues, as opposed to those that people feel they can easily talk about.
