The Objective

Our work has been to work with the management team in determining an approach to career management that helps individuals seek out a much broader range of development opportunities. In due course, this has led to a series of workshops for individuals and managers on how to manage their careers more effectively as well as the careers of their staff.

The Result

Managers as well as staff could then see a clear and progressive career path, which created a more productive team, resulting in higher profits for the company.

The Client a travel company in Europe

The Objective

The company found it was faced with a serious decline in morale amongst the staff.

The Strategy

A series of focus groups around Europe exposed the issues, which we then set about working on through a series of carefully facilitated improvement teams.

The Result

Over a period of several weeks, the teams continued to work through the issues with the facilities given in the workshop, morale was boasted and productivity improved.
