The Client
John (not his real name) from a global logistics company in Canada.

The Objective
He needed to find better ways of engaging with people around the world and to work more effectively with his boss.

The Strategy
We explored the roots of the problem and rehearsed some ways of improving his impact. Later sessions would review what happened and seek continuing improvement.

The Result
John has seen an immense improvement to his skill set and his ability to communicate, he also seen an improvement on his relationship with his boss and therefore in turn with his career.
