Cannon Associates are regularly asked to work with Senior Executives in all types of businesses to help them improve their performance. A typical assignment might last 6 - 12 months and involve a regular session every few weeks.
The process is specifically designed for each individual case, but generally involves initially increasing self-awareness about the areas that might make the biggest impact. Psychometrics, questionnaires and other methods of getting more direct feedback from key stakeholders are often used. Later sessions might examine critical issues and seek to identify options and, by careful questioning and challenging, create a wider set of choices.
